THE CONTRACT
By booking a trip with Ecordua, you agree to these Booking Terms and Conditions. A contract will not be considered finalized until we have received the following:
•A signed booking form from the client.
•The required deposit or full payment for the tour.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
•A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total amount is required at the time of booking for trips lasting more than one day. The remaining 80% will be charged 45 days before the start of the trip.
•Full payment is required at the time of booking for half-day or one-day trips.
All payments must be made through one of the following methods:
•Credit card
•Current account
•Transfer to a Chilean account
TOUR PRICE CHANGES
•All quoted prices are in US dollars (USD) and are valid for the specified travel dates.
•Prices are subject to change due to external factors such as currency fluctuations, airport taxes, or accommodation costs.
•Ecordua will not increase prices within 15 days of your arrival date. If a surcharge exceeds 10% of the trip’s price, you will have the option to cancel within 14 days of the notification and receive a full refund.
CUSTOMER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. The effective cancellation date will be the day Ecordua receives your notice. The following fees apply:
•Full-day tours: Ecordua offers a flexible cancellation policy. If you cancel 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund.
•Multi-day tours:
•45 days or more in advance: The deposit will be retained.
•30 to 44 days in advance: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
•Less than 30 days in advance: 100% of the total tour cost will be retained.
NO-SHOW POLICY
•For group tours, the maximum waiting time is 15 minutes. For private tours, the maximum waiting time is 30 minutes.
•After this time, if the customer has not arrived or informed Ecordua, the booking will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the tour price will be charged with no refund option.
CANCELLATION BY ECORDUA
Ecordua reserves the right to cancel a tour if full payment has not been made by the agreed date or if external events (e.g., terrorism, natural disasters, political instability) render the tour unfeasible.
In case of cancellation, you may apply your payments to an alternative tour, reschedule, or receive a full refund.
Ecordua is not responsible for additional expenses such as visas, vaccinations, or non-refundable flights.
REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SERVICES
No refunds will be provided for services (such as accommodation, meals, excursions, transportation) included in the tour price but not used by the client during the trip.
ITINERARY CHANGES
Ecordua reserves the right to modify itineraries, transportation, or accommodation when necessary. In the event of significant itinerary changes, we will notify you as soon as possible. Any major change will give you the option to cancel and receive a full refund or apply your payment to another tour.

This includes, but is not limited to, use on social media, websites, and printed materials. If you do not wish your image to be used, please notify us in writing before the start of the tour.
