Joaquín is friendly, professional, and flexible. We had a great tour of Valparaíso and its surroundings. He drove very well and chose the best rest stops. We managed to see Valparaíso without having to climb the hills or stairs on foot, which was very important for my elderly parents.

We had a fantastic day exploring Valparaíso with Joaquin as our guide. His knowledge and local perspective made a huge difference, helping us understand the city’s geography, culture, food, and character in a much deeper way. From Pablo Neruda’s house to the port, hills, and hidden corners of the city, everything felt thoughtful and authentic. It was by far the best way to experience a city that can be challenging to explore on your own.

We spent two days with the team from Ecordua. The first was to visit wineries and the second was to do a walking tour of Valparaiso followed by a wonderful lunch at a beautiful winery. Both days our tour guides were excellent. We enjoyed both tours and would highly recommend Ecordua. From our initial contact to the tours themselves, everything was excellent. I wish I had also used them for a Santiago walking tour. Again, I highly recommend Ecordua for all your travel needs in Santiago.

We had a great day touring Valparaíso and visiting a winery in Casablanca with Paloma. She was very flexible and showed us all the main street art spots and viewpoints in Valparaíso in a really efficient way. Lunch at Tres Peces was a fantastic pick. Paloma was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy and fun.
