Frequently Asked Questions
What should I wear or bring?
Comfortable clothing for horseback riding, closed-toe shoes (no sandals, no riding boots needed with our stirrups), warm clothes (better to be prepared), sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen), and a water bottle (preferably reusable).
Do I need previous experience?
No previous experience is required. This activity includes an introductory lesson, where you’ll get to know your horse and learn to ride safely on mountain trails.
Do I need to be in good physical shape?
No, this tour is designed for anyone to enjoy, regardless of fitness level. However, for the safety and comfort of our horses and riders, there is a weight limit of 120 kg (260 lbs).
What if I have food restrictions?
If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in the registration form we will send once your booking is confirmed. We will adjust the picnic to your needs.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Our main concern is your safety and the well-being of the horses. If the terrain is muddy from rain, we will cancel the activity. In that case, you can choose a refund or an alternative tour.
Can children join this activity?
Children ages 6 and up can participate. Minors (ages 6 to 17) must be accompanied by an adult.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 24 hours before the tour for a full refund.
What kind of horses will we ride?
You will ride friendly and well-trained horses, suitable for all experience levels. Our horses are used to trail riding and know the routes we’ll take. The Chilean criollo breed is excellent for navigating mountain trails.
