From the Andes to the desert and Patagonia

Discover the essence of Chile in a journey that connects three distinct worlds: the central Andes, Patagonia, and the Atacama Desert.

In just ten days, you’ll experience sunset horseback rides, local markets, vineyards tucked between mountains, glacier hikes, Patagonian estancias, high-altitude geysers, and landscapes that feel out of this world.

This itinerary is designed for those who want to explore the very best of Chile in an authentic way—blending adventure, culture, and moments of stillness.

We begin in Santiago, with its hills, wine culture, and urban energy.

We then fly south to feel the vastness of Torres del Paine and the rural life of Puerto Natales.

Finally, we end under the world’s clearest night sky, exploring salt flats, lagoons, and valleys in Atacama.

This is not a mass-market tour, but an invitation to connect with the landscapes and people that make this corner of the world so special.

Today you’ll explore Torres del Paine from its most scenic routes.

Turquoise lakes, iconic rock formations, and nearby glaciers set the pace for the day.

There are options for gentle hikes and even a navigation on Grey Lake.

The goal isn’t to rush—but to truly take it in.

Back at Casa Bories, the fire is already lit. A full day ends in quiet comfort.

Start the day with a short hike around Natales—either along the fjord or to a nearby viewpoint.

Then take your flight to Santiago and connect directly to Calama.

Upon arrival in San Pedro de Atacama, your final refuge awaits: Our Habitas, a stylish and minimalist desert oasis that celebrates connection to place.

Domes, silence, design, and fire under the stars. A complete change in landscape and energy.

Wake up as the desert glows in the early Andean sun.

In the morning, visit the Rainbow Valley, walking among mineral-rich formations in vibrant colors.

In the afternoon, explore the Cordillera de la Sal—dunes, canyons, and vast views across surreal terrain.

Back at the lodge, relax by the pool or near the fire.

With its locally inspired cuisine and calm atmosphere, Our Habitas feels like another planet—but somehow, also like home.

Today, you climb in altitude. Lejía Lagoon awaits, still and pristine, surrounded by high-altitude volcanoes.

Along the way, pass indigenous villages and stretches of the Atacama Salt Flat.

You walk slowly, breathe deeply, and watch flamingos dancing on the horizon.

Return by evening to your desert retreat, where a final dinner under the stars reminds you that even the harshest places can be deeply welcoming.

Before leaving, explore one of the north’s most iconic landscapes: the Moon Valley.

Towering dunes, wind-carved rock formations, and glowing morning light turn the desert into a living painting.

You walk through salt-crusted trails as the day begins.

Then, transfer to the airport and fly back to Santiago.

The journey ends—but Chile continues to echo in your senses: in the horses, in the wine, in the southern winds and northern stars.

When can this itinerary be done?

This trip can be done year-round. Chile is a long and diverse country, so there’s always a region with the perfect weather waiting for you. The only recommendation is to come prepared for Patagonian winter if you’re traveling between May and September: colder temperatures, snow, strong winds, and shorter days—but also more solitude and a unique, magical atmosphere.

Other than that, there are no major limitations. We adjust the details according to the season so you can experience the best version of each destination.
