Explore Santiago’s natural surroundings and share the experience with fellow travelers
If you have half a day in Santiago and want to explore nature with like-minded travelers, this group hiking experience is a perfect fit.
We’ll meet at our designated meeting point and head just 30 minutes into the foothills of the Andes, where we’ll begin a guided hike of approximately 2 hours.
You’ll ascend 500 meters (1,640 feet) in elevation and hike between 5 and 8 kilometers (3 to 5 miles), enjoying panoramic views of Santiago, the Andes, and the native flora and fauna.
The pace will be moderate and adapted to the group, with stops to take photos, rest, and connect with the landscape.
At the end of the hike, we’ll gather for a cheese & wine picnic featuring local products—an ideal way to celebrate the experience before returning to the city together.
